Our inspection reports are printed on-site and submitted to you at the conclusion of the inspection. These highly detailed reports include photographic documentation of the home’s infrastructure. A PDF of the inspection report is also emailed to you and your real estate agent on the day of the inspection.

Every inspection also includes services that other agencies typically charge for:

• Walk-through on day of your closing

For example, we always climb up onto the house for the roof inspection; many other inspection companies only provide a “visual” inspection from the ground. We’ll squeeze into a crawlspace, climb through an attic hatch or investigate a tight nook to make sure we’ve seen every inch of the property.

Team inspections enable us to inspect the home with a deeper level of detail. Each team is comprised of one inspector and one assistant technician. For larger homes and estates an additional inspector on the job allows us to complete the job faster; a second inspector also allows for an on-the-spot second opinion when necessary.

On-the-Spot Referrals for other services.
We can provide referrals for any problem areas — like mold, septic or structural — exposed during an inspection. Our goal is to provide you with best service and resources possible.

No waiting for Radon results.
Our exclusive use of high-tech radon tests provide real-time results; no waiting up to a week for lab results. On the day of the inspection we place the device in the home and pick it up 48 hours later. One of our certified Radon inspectors analyzes the electronic results immediately and sends a report to you by email.

to you once they are ready:
